Shipping policy

All orders are despatched on a next day service with ParcelForce. Please ensure correct and accurate delivery details are provided a card will be left with the recipient if not in and a second delivery attempted or collection can be arranged as per the instruction on the courier card. If inaccurate details are provided Nature's Store will not  be responsible for the cost of redirection or redelivery.
